Our Skills Training & Development services help individuals and families build practical emotional, behavioral, and daily living skills that support long-term success at home, school, and in the community. Through individualized, one-on-one support, our team helps clients strengthen communication, emotional regulation, problem-solving, social skills, coping strategies, self-care, and independent living skills. We work alongside each family to create consistent progress, confidence, and stability in everyday life.
Family & Caregiver Support
At LES, we believe lasting progress happens when families are supported together. LES supports individuals and families experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, stress, bipolar concerns, grief, and emotional dysregulation. Through evidence-based, community-focused care, we help clients strengthen coping skills, emotional resilience, communication, and overall well-being in ways that support long-term stability and growth.

Medication Management
LES provides psychiatric medication management services that support emotional and behavioral stability through careful evaluation, ongoing monitoring, and individualized treatment planning.
